Alex’s Head Start school had a dinner for families on December 17th.  The school is near Discovery Park in Seattle, and a lot of parents and relatives attended, including Dad Wayne, Grandma Kathy and Grandpa Bill.   We even learned about Sid the Science Kid!

Alexandria’s first day of Head Start at a school in Discovery Park was today, September 23, 2009. It was also another birthday for Bill – the exact count is undetermined because no one has counted his rings recently. The family celebrated in traditional elegant fashion with pizza and beer at Pegasus Pizza on Alki Beach. We were treated to an 85 degree day (on the first day of autumn) and a phenomenal view across Puget Sound to the Olympic Mountains. The photos below include a few taken last week while flying over the Cascade Mountains. Click any photo below to see a larger version.
